How It Works

Step 1) Apply

Apply for the job to submit your credentials to the Employer for review (Your name and contact information is kept private).This is a several step process that opens a line of communication between you and a potential employer. Your identity will not be known to the employer until you want it to be known. Equally, you will not know the Employer's identity until he or she wants you to know it.

As you move through the process, the site will provide email templates, including one that asks you to upload your resume. It is best if the resume is in the PDF (portable document format).

Step 2) Waiting for response from Employer

Employer reviews your credentials to determine if you are a suitable candidate, if she or he is interested, the process moves to step 3.
(Usually takes 24-48 Hours)

Step 3) Send Your Contact Information

The Employer is interested! But, before we send your contact information we will make sure your still interested. This is all done in an exchange of emails, again protecting the identities involved until the appropriate time.
